Renée has spent much of her career in the insurance industry, leading teams through some of the most challenging times Christchurch has faced. That experience taught her a lot about people, resilience, and supporting homeowners through big life events. She’s also run a building company, so property is far from new territory.

Actively involved in earthquake recovery efforts for more than a decade, Renée has always believed in giving back. She is a Trustee of the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, Deputy Chair of the Riccarton Rotary Youth Trust, leads youth programmes through Thrive for Life, and is deeply involved in community initiatives.

Licensed in 2025, Renée brings her trademark energy, colour, and connection to everything she does, with a clear focus on making a positive impact on people’s lives. Beyond real estate, she is an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker known for her energetic, authentic, and thought-provoking style. Renée regularly designs and leads leadership, culture, and personal brand workshops for organisations across New Zealand. As a facilitator for the Rural Leaders Kellogg Programme, she helps emerging leaders unlock their potential and connect with purpose, bringing a mix of humour, insight, and challenge to every room she’s in. Whether on stage or in small-group settings, Renée’s focus is always on sparking meaningful conversations that inspire people to grow, connect, and lead with heart.
