Nico moved to Christchurch with his family many years ago, and as a result, he developed a deep affection for Canterbury and primarily speaks English.

After graduating high school, Nico took a gap year to explore his interests. During this time he decided to pursue a career in sales, with real estate becoming his top choice. His decision was influenced by his mother’s career in the real estate industry, which helped guide him in that direction.

Nico enjoys staying fit and participates in weight lifting and Muay Thai/Kickboxing up to five times a week. As the middle child of three, he has developed exceptional patience and problem-solving skills, which have proven invaluable in his interactions with clients and colleagues. Raised in New Zealand within a Chinese household, Nico has a strong appreciation for both cultures.
