Originally from London, James moved to Christchurch in 2022 and now lives in Cashmere with his partner and daughter. With a background as a Project Architect for a major UK house-builder, he brings an “Architectural Edge” to real estate — seeing structural value and design potential others often miss, and advising vendors on how to optimise their home to achieve a premium result.

Alongside his design expertise, James spent a decade running a successful health coaching business, developing the empathy, communication, and long-term support that define his client approach today. He guides sellers through the emotional journey of a sale with steady, informed advocacy.

Active in the local community, James runs a road cycling club and is a regular at his local gym.

Whether analysing a floor plan or negotiating a deal, he combines an architect’s vision with a coach’s dedication — helping clients reach the finish line with confidence.
