How do I request a copy of my personal information?

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to the personal information Estim8 holds about you.

How to submit a request

1. Contact us with the subject line “Personal Information Request”.
2. Include your full name and the email address registered with your Estim8 account.
3. We will verify your identity and respond within 20 working days as required by the Privacy Act.

What information can I request?

Any personal information Estim8 holds about you, including account details, search history, saved properties, and any correspondence.
