Listing a private sale
- Visit estim8.co.nz/list-a-property/.
- Select Private Listing as your listing type.
- Enter property details, upload photos, and set your asking price.
- Complete checkout to publish your listing.
Private rentals
Private landlords can list rental properties directly. Choose Rental when setting up your listing, then enter the weekly rent and availability date.
