What are ‘New to You’ notifications?
‘New to You’ highlights properties that are new to your search results — even if they’ve been listed a while — so you never miss relevant listings you haven’t seen before.
How it works
When you run a saved search, Estim8 tracks which listings you’ve viewed. Unseen properties are tagged ‘New to You’ so you can quickly identify fresh content.
Enabling notifications
- Log in to your Estim8 account.
- Save a property search.
- Ensure notifications are enabled in your account preferences.
- You’ll receive alerts for new matching properties you haven’t seen yet.
