Sharan moved to New Zealand in 2012 to pursue his studies and has proudly called Christchurch home ever since. Since that time, this city has become more than just where he lives – it’s where he has built his life, and where he plans to stay for the long term. That deep-rooted commitment gives Sharan a genuine connection to the people, communities and character of each suburb.
After completing his studies, Sharan spent four years in hospitality as a restaurant manager, developing strong leadership skills and a real understanding of exceptional customer service. In 2018, he married and transitioned into sales with New Zealand’s largest privately owned furniture company.
Over the past seven years, Sharan has sold millions of dollars’ worth of furniture and consistently ranked among the top five salespeople nationwide. He’s a people-first professional who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and going the extra mile to help others achieve their goals – whether buying or selling.
Now, as part of the incredible team at Holmwood Merivale, Sharan is combining his local knowledge, passion for helping people and commitment to Christchurch. He’s not just here to close deals—he’s here to build lasting relationships.
