Why do I see old or previously sold listings on Estim8?
Estim8 retains historical listing data to provide useful research tools for property buyers, sellers, and investors. Old listings contribute to the Home Price Guide, property history, and market insights.
Reasons an old listing may still appear
- The property was previously listed and data has been retained for research purposes
- The listing appears as part of a property profile in our Home Price Guide
- A listing has not been correctly marked as sold or withdrawn by the agent
If a listing should have been removed
If a property is no longer available but still showing as active, contact the listing agent directly so they can update the status. If you’re unable to reach the agent, contact Estim8 with the listing details.
