How do I suggest a property for Estim8 editorial features?

Estim8’s editorial team regularly features unique and inspiring properties across New Zealand.

What makes a great editorial feature?

We look for properties with a compelling story, outstanding design, unique architecture, historical significance, or unusual features — a character villa, stunning new build, off-grid lifestyle property, or heritage home.

How to submit a suggestion

1. The property should be currently listed on Estim8 or have a compelling story.
2. Contact our editorial team with the property address, a brief description of why it would make a great feature, and contact details for the owner or agent.
3. Our team will review and reach out if it fits our editorial content.

Note: submitting a suggestion does not guarantee a feature will be published.
