What is an Estim8 Home Alert?
A Home Alert emails you whenever a new property matching your search criteria is listed on Estim8.
How to set up a Home Alert
- Run a property search on Estim8 with your desired criteria.
- Click Save Search or Create Alert at the top of results.
- If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in or create a free account.
- Choose alert frequency: Immediately, Daily, or Weekly.
- Click Confirm — your Home Alert is now active.
How many alerts can I set up?
You can set up multiple alerts for different suburbs, property types, or price ranges. Manage all from your My Searches dashboard.
