How are listings ordered in Estim8 search results?

By default, Estim8 shows the most relevant and recently listed properties first. You can customise the sort order.

Sort options

• Most Recent – Newest listings first
• Price (Low to High)
• Price (High to Low)
• Inspection Date – Properties with upcoming inspections first
• Most Relevant – Default, based on match with your criteria

Changing sort order

1. Run a search on Estim8.
2. Click the Sort By dropdown near the top of results.
3. Select your preferred option.
