How do I exclude ‘Under Offer’ and ‘Deposit Taken’ listings?
Focus only on properties that are still actively available by filtering out listings that are already under offer or have a deposit taken.
Steps
- Run your property search on Estim8.
- Open the Filters panel.
- Under Listing Status, uncheck Under Offer and Deposit Taken.
- Click Apply to update your results.
Your results will now show only properties that are available and have not yet received an accepted offer.
