An Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) indicates how energy-efficient a property is. Higher ratings typically mean lower energy costs and a smaller environmental footprint.

Where an EER has been provided by the listing agent or landlord, it appears on the listing page under Property Details.
Why doesn’t every property have an EER?
Not all properties have been formally assessed. An EER is only displayed when the vendor or agent has provided it. Ask the listing agent for more details about insulation, heating, and energy features.
